We are happy to announce that we will be part of the National Association for Down Syndrome Convention this year. It will be held on Saturday, October 24 at the Ramada Congress Inn in downtown Chicago. Our workshop will be for families with children aged birth to 3 years and will explore techniques for teaching language and reading.  For more information, please call NADS at (630) 325-9112.

In addition to NADS', there are two other great conventions taking place this summer.  They are: National Down Syndrome Society, July 9-11, at Lake Lawn Lodge, Delavan, WI. As always, each of these conventions will be informative, inspirational, energizing and fun. Attending a convention can be a wonderfully affirming experience of the specialness of our children and a chance to share stories, experiences, problems, solutions, names, addresses, children's pictures, etc. Please do consider attending!
