WHAT
PROFESSIONALS ARE SAYING ABOUT
LOVE AND LEARNING
READING HELPS CHILDREN LEARN LANGUAGE!
Love and Learning is an effective program that
provides materials and practical suggestions to help children with Down syndrome
learn to read. Many of the families who attend the program at Loyola College
in Maryland have used Love and Learning with great success. The combination
of audiotape, visual text and videotape is based on sound learning principles.

Becky was in regular kindergarten last year with 19 other children. At the
end of the school year they had an awards day at which Becky received an Excellent
Reader certificate! We were so proude of her - if it were not for Love and
Learning, this would not be possible. You can imagine the other parents' surprise!
It was GREAT!

Amanda's teacher was shocked at how well she reads. She took her all around
the school to show other teachers. It was one of my proud moments. Everyone
said I work well with Amanda and I taught her a lot. I say thanks but it is
Love and Learning that has taught her so much.
